This is a Limited Warranty.

Houston Hermetics, Inc. (HHI) warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured or sold by HHI shall, when properly applied and operated under normal conditions, be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from original date of sale, subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILlTY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED.

Warranty will be void if HHI's inspection reveals failure was due to improper application or improper operation or abnormal conditions or adverse electrical or refrigeration conditions including, but not limited to, single phasing, high or Iow voltage, contaminated system, liquid refrigerant in compressor, misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations and/or other external causes.

The sole remedy of the purchaser shall be the repair or replacement, at HHl's option, of products manufactured or sold by HHI. Houston Hermetics, Inc. is not liable under any circumstances for any incidental or consequential damages. Without limiting the foregoing, HHI is not liable for any damages due to loss of cooling in a refrigerated or air conditioned space or any other property, the cost of labor or materials, refrigerant loss or transportation charges.

No warranty consideration will be given on any defective compressor unless purchaser's account is current (30 days).

Compressors repaired or replaced under this warranty shall be warranted for the unexpired portion of the warranty applying to the original product's date of sale.

Any technical recommendations furnished before or after delivery in regard to use or application of HHI products is without charge, is without any warranty whatsoever, and on the basis that it represents HHl's best judgment under the circumstances, but that it be used at the recipient's sole risk.

Except for this Limited Warranty and the sole remedies of repair or replacement of defective units as stated above, HHI grants no warranties, either expressed or implied on its products. The Limited Warranty and limitations as to liability is in lieu of all liabilities or obligations of Houston Hermetics for damages, including but not limited to incidental and consequential damages occurring out of or in connection with delivery, use, or performance of Houston Hermetics' products.

No warranty on any compressors sold outside of USA.
